New Trailer I animated for MQFF 2010, one of Melbourne’s biggest annual film festivals. This will be playing before every film showing at the fest and down at Fed Square and ACMI, guaranteed to get that “buh buh buh” baseline in yer head until you start pulling clumps of hair out in frustration & agony. If you are in Melbourne town this weekend, Extended Play, the little gallery I run has succumbed to the “Pop-up shop” phenomenon and in a obvious cash grab, we are having our very own shop selling heaps of local artists wares, toys, tees & all many other things perfect for sitting under your christmas tree. Hola compadres. One of the main reasons there has been little or no action from me on the old bloggy front is the above event. Catherine Campbell and my good self are about to have the grand opening of our little gallery space “Extended Play” which has been taking up most of our precious, precious time of late. If you are in Melbourne town on October 2nd, come on down to 547 High St from 6-9pm, share a glass of vino and share a high 5, and hopefully get tipsy enough to buy that piece of art you’ve always wanted. Awesome art like dudes taking part are: Yok, Andrea Innocent, Side Project, Sean Morris, Beastman, me & Cath and many more. Git on doon peeps!

It irks me, and I’m no fan of Nike thats for sure, but I guess James has bills to pay like everyone else, and at the end of the day, its a beautiful animation. I dig all the clouds especially. As wooster says: “Sometimes Brands and Artists Get It Right… This Is One Of Those Times”. I just wish it wasn’t Nike.
